Wax Seal Stamp

I designed and created five brass wax seal stamps on a three axis Haas CNC mill, three of which employed surfacing techniques, and then turned two handles of Bocote and Figured Western Maple on the wood lathe.

As an introduction to the three axis Haas vertical CNC mills, I cut a logo out of sign stock by manually writing the necessary G-code. I choose to create Captain Hammer's personal logo from Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-Long Blog.

Easy Steam Machine

The Easy Steam Machine provides rural Indonesian farmers an efficient way to produce steam for their home essential oil distillation units to increase their income. By reducing the time to produce steam from hours to just a few minutes, The Machine enables farmers to process at least 25% more biomass per day!
